Excellent service. A pleasure to work with *****, **************. No hidden costs. Great explanations. Too **** expensive. Next time Ill get a couple of estimates before hand. There was nothing wrong with my A/C just wanted it looked at and a tune up if it really needed it, $1100 later. But theyre not going to tell you that. Their not making the trip for nothing. Really disappointed with the cost. Hard to say anything about the service itself when you just handed over 2 weeks wages.
**** did a beyond thorough job and was kind, gracious and professional. It took over two hours to reach and break a clog. And the bill was exactly as advertised! ??
*** was very courteous and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner and was quick to repair it. He also ensured that all aspects of the unit were working properly. Great tech and we are comfortable again!

The only reason I am giving Plumbline a 1 star is because unfortunately I have to at least do that in order to leave a review for this garbage of a company. These people came out to my grandmother's house and did a scope on her mainline, the technician in a poor attempt to cover their ***, tried to show an old woman a "scope" video from his cell phone. ******* with Plumbline Services arrived for our appointment and was very courteous and knowledgeable. ******* got our plumbing repairs diagnosed and completed. He did great work and is very appreciated. Thank you *******!!!
They were great very efficient. They took care of my property. Everything is working and ***** explained everything. I enjoyed the guys. The electrician was great too - very friendly and explained everything too.

For starters I missed 4 hours of work for nothing because they didnt keep there service window time. Then when the tech showed up 3 hours past the window time they gave me he was very **** and short with me which I felt was not very professional. After he fixed my ac he was friendlier but too little too late as far as Im concerned. I was recommended to Plumbline from a friend but I will not be recommending them to anyone and wont be calling them again.
