Horrible service. Tony is an absolute jerk and if you ever disagree with anything he says you will find out really quick the kind of guy he is. Keep these frauds out of your home. Save yourself a lot of headaches!!!

This company is a joke. American Home Shield is a joke. AHS covered the replacement of my hot water heater but Plumb Genius tries to hit me with $600 in code updates. Another plumber came out to look at it for me and said the only code update I needed was new flex connectors and a new gas flex connector. This would cost under $150 from any other company. I have never seen a group of "plumbers" so inept at what they were supposed to be doing for a living. The only thing they are really good at doing is coming out to your house taking educated guesses at what is wrong and trying to fix it and be prepared to get out the checkbook because it will be fortune. If the guess is not right and they have to come out again for the same problem they did not fix correctly the first time they will charge you!! If I could I would give them -5 stars.
