Worst plumbing experience ever. This company lies and does not do what they say they will do. They are extremely dishonest been trying to get a simple water leak in our front bathroom fixed for 30 days. Have had three technicians to my house. Plumb Genius misdiagnosed my plumbing issue several times, which created several unnecessary repairs that left my flooring and wall completely torn up. The last repair, which addressed the real issue, cost $3,700.13. The men doing the repair were grossly negligent and destroyed the piping and wiring for my sprinkler system. They knew I wouldn't be using it very soon since it was not the time of year for watering the lawn, and so they covered up the damage they created and didn't tell me about it. Unfortunately this is the only company that we were offered through our home warranty. Our kitchen, laundry and AC drain backed up in the garage. We had to wait almost 2 weeks before Plumb Genius came out the first time. They cleared the drain and fixed a couple of other items. Within a few days this drain was stopped up again. We had to wait almost another week without doing the laundry or dishes. They failed to chedk the line to see if it was draining and left right after running the snake down the line. Had them come out to replace jacuzzi pump upstairs . They had replaced the pump a few hrs prior and it took them two trips for to a leak created when they replaced pump. Well guess what it leaked again after they replaced it into my ceiling ! Also it took them theee trips to fix leak this time. Each time it leaked into my ceiling . Also they charged me for some modification to fix leak and still Couldn’t get it done right ??? Definite would t use them !

I wrote a long detailed review but it didn't save. So here is the sort version. Replaced hot water tank with tankless unit but had to wait 4 to 5 min to get warm water. Called them but no return call x2. Finally called again and insisted I speak to a tech. She gave me the OKC Supervisor Jerrod who stuck with me until problem was resolved, some weeks later. To Darren O I personally sat down with your grandma and told her we were not going to re work those sprinklers and she agreed that there was no way we could see below ground to locate them. Since they are made of PVC they can not be located by standard leak locating practices. Since she could not provide us with a blue print of her sprinklers to be able to mark them out we had no choice but to remove them because they were running in the same ditch as the old sewer line.
