terrible customer service, now the office staff jalee cho is writing reviews for the company and shes married to the owner, do not use this company they are a rip off and will try selling you a lot of work that is not needed

Incompetent Meth addicted Wanna be Plumbers. The owner even smoked pot during his meetings. Lots of adulterous seeking Jezebel spirits working there. If your man is married keep them far away from the office staff also the techs pocket the cash and instead of turning it in

This plumbing service was sent after I refused to have the plumbing service that had come when I made the original complaint to my home warranty service. Thank goodness! This plumber , Jonathan, arrived on time, was neat and clean and very pleasant (even my dog liked him). He immediately got to work finding the leak and was able to identify the problem quickly. The seal between the tank and stool was leaking. He fixed that and I haven't had any problems. Excellent service, will certainly use again if necessary.

On 11.28.15 Plumb Genius came to my home after being dispatched by my home warranty company AHS. The first visit went well and we thought the issue had been resolved as the tech stated. He did tell us he would submit the paperwork on Monday to the warranty company to run a camera down the lines. The are terrible. Awful customer service and the secretary/scheduler is very rude. I was assigned to them again through home warranty. I had a leak in the house and had to shut off all the water. I called Plumb Genius at 10 am and Told them the circumstances and asked if they could get out today. They told me they hadn't even made their schedule for the day and would call me back shortly. I needed a plumber to clear a plugged main line, Plumb Genius was the only company available to come that day. I had never used them before, but thought the guy who showed up was very polite and knowledgeable. We thought the problem was fixed but after he was gone I discovered the clog had apparently just moved farther down the main line. If warranty company tries sending them to your house, DO NOT LET THEM! demand another company and don't let these people in your house. They will lie to your warranty company and do everything possible to not do the work, yet waste your time. Two different guys came out and neither could find my leak in my kitchen, and were assuming that it was under my concrete.
