The first time my kiddo came he said never again. That was months ago & now he's begging to get over to Plex for the sports performance session. We can see the difference each time he hits the court. He's become so conditioned that players get tired of chasing him. This is such a wonderful place Danny has here & they treat everyone like a VIP no matter who you are.
Danny has an awesome gym here. Plex gets you into shape in no time. You get a different but rock solid workout ever time you go. I haven't been to Plex since I moved, but it was a solid workout. Every. Single. Time. No other gym like it. Just be prepared for rubbery legs when your session is over!
Great workout and great experience. The trainers get you where you want to be. Definitely something everybody should try!
