RecommendedHighly Recommend Plex. The workouts are especially made for your needs. My two daughters workout three to four times a week and have really excelled in Softball and Volleyball and It’s due to the type of training they have been getting at Plex. Plex is such a different environment to workout in. The trainers are all motivating and knowledgeable in the training. They make an intense and surprising full body workout for every day! I look forward to going each workout!!
My two daughters 11 and 8 years old have been coming here since August 3 times a week. They both play softball and I have to say this was the best investment we could of made! I have seen the results! Their speed, flexibility and strength! They love coming here! If you are looking for a great program for your kids who plays sports I definitely recommend Plex!!
My 14 year old son has loved working out at PLEX! The trainers are awesome and know how to push the athletes to do their best without overdoing it. We bought more sessions than we were able to use before the expiration date and they graciously extended the expiration. Thanks, PLEX!
