Very friendly staff and the workouts are just Amazing
I love working out at Plex. I love the great detox sweat, the varied, challenging workouts, the friendly and knowledgeable staff (shout out to Danny, Sean, Tom and Ben!) and especially the way I feel when I leave, knowing I've left it all there on the turf. Can't wait to go back tomorrow!!
great friendly staff for physiotherapy. Also love all the different tools they have at their disposal - ultrasound, freezing methods, heat, etc. Apryl and her crew take great care of me, and it's even better that my insurance covers the treatments in network. That was a nice surprise

My son Grant Strimple has been training with Plex for three months!! Danny and his trainers are awesome!! Grant is stronger, increased his muscle mass and improved his football skills! He is ready for U of H football!! Go Coogs!!
Plex is a great place to train no matter what your trying to accomplish. The staff is wonderful and motivating. Plex is the best!
