Danny and the staff are amazing! They helped me through my back surgery recovery and very knowledgeable. I’m looking forward to having more sessions in with plex!
Danny, Orlando and team are outstanding. The Plex program makes a lot of sense and the focus on sensible work outs that improve strength and flexibility makes me as parent very comfortable. Knowing Plex serves professional and college athletes with physical therapy as well as training is comforting because they don’t want to sacrifice long term health with short gains.
This is EXACTLY what we have been looking for to progress our daughters strength and speed for her volleyball career. The training is legit and the price is right as well. The app and scheduling easy as pie. No complaints to be had! The last class they offer is at 6pm which is a little difficult to work with my schedule but we make it work. If I had my choice they would have a 7pm class but I understand not many people work out late evenings
The minute I walked in there I felt the energy, from the front desk person to the trainers, to the people / clients in there. That was over 6 months ago, and nothing has ever changed, they are just as energetic to me as the day they signed me up. But what has changed is how I feel, how I look and how I workout now. Lost over 15 lbs of fat, increased muscle and the workouts (I don't know how they do it) are always different, fun and challenging. Anyone out there looking, this is the spot.
