I cannot speak highly enough about this vet. I called them late one day due to my cat acting weird after an ER visit and they got me in within the hour. He ended up needing surgery and they were so speedy getting him ready, operated on, and safely home that it feels like an absolute miracle. I know as owners we can be a bit much but they never brushed me off when I knew something just wasn't right. I will forever appreciate the care provided to Jack by the front staff, techs, and vets. Our 14 year old pug SoCo had an emergency today. We had called our vet who we’ve used for years and also referred many customers to, only to feel as if the situation was blown off and taken lightly. They offered an appointment that was 8 days away and unfortunately we didn’t have 8 days to spare, The severity of the situation was explained but no solution or help was given. Awesome experiences everytime! My boy had dental surgery, immunizations and grooming done. 5/5!
From the very first phone call I was greeted with compassion. I called about my backyard chickens not feeling well. The staff got me appointment ASAP they contacted me after to check on my chicken. Few days later my hen took a turn for the worst. I called and they got me in right away. The Dr was so caring and could see I was upset and worried. We have utmost confidence in Dr. Rebecca’s care and expertise with our backyard chickens, and it means the world to us. She is knowledgeable, caring, and thoughtful. Our dogs love Pleasantville, too. We cannot speak highly enough about this entire veterinary practice, including the wonderful staff and clean facility. 5 Stars all around.
The staff is very friendly, understanding, and courteous. And most helpful!
We highly recommend Dr. GOUNARIS. He is very methodical and scientific in his approach and our dog loves him. Also have worked recently with Dr. Rebecca and really enjoy her to. We have been going to Pleasantville before it was Pleasantville since her grandfather started the practice down in Hamilton.
