My family has been a client for about 6 months. However, yesterday was my first visit with my 1-yr old cat. Everyone took great care of my fur baby. I am impressed by their kindness & willingness to help. Dr. Gounaris' level of expertise is comforting. All-in-all, it was a very nice experience. Dr. Gounaris and his staff have treated and cared for our pets for over 20 years. My husband, daughter and I could not be happier with the individual attention that they give to each and everyone of our dogs and cats.
Have been taking Malkin there and have been very please and satisfied with everything. They do a wonderful job with the grooming too!!
We have been bringing our dogs here for years. Love the caring staff, their hearts broke right along side ours when we had to put our beloved Layla down. Dr. G went above and beyond to enable us to take her on a vacation when we knew she wouldn't be with us much longer. The whole crew also kept a big secret when our daughter surprised us with a puppy, now Piper is being well cared for by everyone there. Would definitely recommend Pleasantville Animal Hospital!
My family have been patients of Dr. Scott Gounaris for years! Dr. Scott has always gone above and beyond to provide superior care to my animals. My dog had knee problems from early in his life and needed multiple surgeries to correct the problems. Thanks to Dr. Scott, at age 9.5 years old, my dog still walks and plays with enthusiasm! The doctors and staff are always kind, proactive, current and prompt at Pleasantville Animal Hospital.
My family has been taking our animals to Dr. Scott for over 20 years now and we would never go anywhere else. He's great with the animals and always has taken good care of them. Now that Dr. Rebecca is there we can take our bird there too. It's great to be able to take all of our animals to one place and they get amazing care.
I do not live in the area, but my sister takes her dog to Pleasantville. My greyhound somehow got a laceration on his hind end that I knew would require stitches. I called and got an appointment for an hour and a half later. We went in, were seen IMMEDIATELY and my boy was stitched up and ready to go within 30 minutes. The doctor and the staff were extremely kind and professional! I am VERY satisfied with the experience I had!
So happy with Dr. Gounaris and staff...have been using their veterinary services for the 12 years since I moved to this area. I trust him to provide knowledgeable and compassionate care to all my pets!
