I do not live in the area, but my sister takes her dog to Pleasantville. My greyhound somehow got a laceration on his hind end that I knew would require stitches. I called and got an appointment for an hour and a half later. We went in, were seen IMMEDIATELY and my boy was stitched up and ready to go within 30 minutes. The doctor and the staff were extremely kind and professional! I am VERY satisfied with the experience I had!
So happy with Dr. Gounaris and staff...have been using their veterinary services for the 12 years since I moved to this area. I trust him to provide knowledgeable and compassionate care to all my pets!
Pleasantville Animal Hospital is a warm and welcoming animal hospital and Dr. Gounaris and his staff are very caring and thoughtful. My whole family take their pets there and have been for ten years.

Vet refused services after being questioned on a supposed misdiagnosis . Appointment was cancelled 20 minutes prior and was only left a voicemail. In previous visits he didn't seem to like the fact that I suggested what the issue may be, almost as if to say that he is right and I was wrong. Unfortunate and a bad way to do business .
