The Pleasant Cafe has been specializing in Italian and American food since the late 1930s. All of our sauces, dough, soups, gravy are made daily in house. We are known for our pizza which brings in customers from all over New England. Hand rolled thin crust cooked to perfection with a cheese blend that was shredded that day from a large block of cheese. What could be better? Bring the whole family, dine happily and leave without breaking the bank.

Great pizza and great service. Just like I remembered

Old fashioned. Old school menu. Good food at great prices. Excellent service. And pizza is to die for! Lots of parking.
The food is always good . I was a little disappointed in my veal parm sandwich. I was expecting it to be on a roll, but it was on 2 slices of soggy Italian bread. It could not be eaten as a sandwich. I had to cut it with a knife and fork. If I wanted to eat my veal that way , I would of ordered a dinner.. The waitress made us feel very rushed.
Have been going to The Pleasant every Wednesday night for years. Food is great, as is the service.
