The Pleasant Cafe has been specializing in Italian and American food since the late 1930s. All of our sauces, dough, soups, gravy are made daily in house. We are known for our pizza which brings in customers from all over New England. Hand rolled thin crust cooked to perfection with a cheese blend that was shredded that day from a large block of cheese. What could be better? Bring the whole family, dine happily and leave without breaking the bank.

In town for visit from NC and this place hasn't changed from when I took my wife, then girlfriend, out for a great pizza. Same great pizza tonight as always.

I've been going here since I was a kid (early 70's) and the food has not changed, nor has the restaurant. The pizza is incredible as well as the rest of the menu.
