Dr. House is kinda AWESOME!
Make sure to not plan or have any other appointments shortly after your appointment time here as you will need to plan a 2+ hour wait time in waiting room and patient room. Staff is very nice and personable. Dr is great! Goes over everything and gives options as well as visuals. Total time here was about 2 hours 25 minutes with waiting being the majority of time of visit.
Poor communication at the front office!!! The doctors are wonderful, but the front office is horrible.
Not sure which place is worse.. this place or the one at Erlanger. Front desk staff act like you are an inconvenience for being here. This place originally scheduled me with a doctor who retired a week after my first appointment. After my first appointment, there was silence about the labs the doctor had ordered for almost a month. Good luck getting in touch with them when you call the office. I got a call to schedule an appointment a month and a half later with a new doctor. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
Just found out about the retirement of Dr Kymber Habenicht. She has been my urologist for over ten years and was an incredible doctor for me. Each office visit she listened with a compassionate ear and I knew she truly cared about me and my health. Will miss her terribly but wish her the best during her retirement. Thank you Dr Habenicht for all you did for me and all your other patients. With appreciation. Sonny.
