They are dead beats needed a tow out of a ditch originally the price was $500 I said I’ll have a friend do it cheaper the tow driver pulled his gun out had other tow driver come they towed it anyways when I had someone else on the way and they said now it will be $1000 to get it off the flat bed. They are dead beat trash don’t use them
Broke down a long ways from home, and Plaza Service was there in record fast time. Our driver was a man named Jason, who should have his pay increased ten-fold. Not only was he polite, helpful, courteous, pleasant, nice, and all those things, but he was also great company for the long ride back. My sister and I had a very entertaining time with him, even though we made his night a bit longer than he had anticipated. We have been using Plaza for at least 10 years. Wouldn't trust our cars to anyone else.
Started using Plaza 10-15 years ago or so. Forgot why I brought my car in, but they called me and said they also found a leak. I said I knew about because the dealer told me it was too expensive to fix and the car wasn't worth it. Plaza fixed it for $200. I also love how they have told me "we found this but there's no rush to fix it right away". That's honesty! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
