No hot water, tub was plugged. Nobody fixed it!
Stayed here many times, and find it to be amazing and nostalgic. It's my choice hotel / resort when i visit Las Vegas. My home away from home . Thank You Plaza keep up the greatness!
old rooms smell, sometimes no hot water.. Elevators always never working
very nice an clean an the staff are very friendly an professional an the price is right will go back.
What most did lower my rating was the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom of the room and the fact that the hotel charged me 25 dollars to return the documents that I forgot in the safe. They are not very friendly at the service either.
Great place to stay.Friendly Staff, clean room, comfortable bed. I will stay here again.
great service, comfortable rooms and right across from the Fremont Street Experience
Great stay. Gary set us up with cabana at pool. We had one night resort fee comped and they offer free shuttle to airport too. Room was clean and comfortable and staff very friendly. Will be back!!
