Clean room and fun casino.
Was comped 1 night after a terrible experience in May only to be given a dirty room and then no service when dealing with a noise complaint. I will not return. The location & price may be desirable however the lack of customer service in this hotel is astounding.
great place to stay... spacious rooms... great video poker... love the table dealers...pai gow rocks

we really enjoyed our stay at the Plaza hotel. The room was large & the bed very comfortable. The air condition was loud, but I just wore earplugs then it was fine. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The pool is very nice to relax at. We would stay here again.
We got booked in and the first thing I noticed is a cock roach on one of the beds. Disgusted, they put us in anothe room. The place is old but there was a broken lamp, the a/c unit had parts falling off and mold in the vents. The sink and bathtub had hair build up and the tub you had to wear flip flops and get in and out before the tub filled with pipe buildup of other’s showers! 🤢 the beds are not comfortable.
