The room is clean but doesn’t have coffee maker and mini fridge although we got the mini fridge upon request but I am bored now in the room outside is raining can’t go out and no coffee maker to have a cup of coffee

Recently enjoyed a First Class vacation at The Plaza!!! J.J. and his team have done a great top notch job at upgrades , service,bingo,suites, pool,promos!! I look forward to the next time! Thanks all for a wonderful stay!!!
Just arrived; lovely spacious and clean room. Check in staff lovely and helpful. So far so good!
Cheap, easy to upgrade room, clean, safe and secure. Location was perfect, right downtown at the end of Freemont St. so lots to do in walking distance. Received $25 in Bingo comps, tickets to a comedy show and free drinks at happy hour celebrations. The hotel is absolutely "old Vegas" like the other downtown hotels. Though the rooms haven't been updated for awhile, it is well kept and the staff is accommodating. Attended a conference while there and the banquet facilities were modern and brightly lit.
