Currently here the elevators are down we have no water? How am I supposed to go out and enjoy Vegas ?? Staff is rude. This ain’t no resort if I can’t even take a shower .
Check in was great... but after that it went all down hill... my shower makes this pound whistle noise, you have to slam the door in order for it to close.. now I’m sitting in my room floor 21 no power and no water! Can’t get dresses and cant make coffee... can’t go get any cause the elevators are not working.. I’m so pissed...
We come here every year , we love it here !
We had an enjoyable stay! No complaints. We gambled daily at the casino. Staff were friendly. Shot out to JoAnn Kim. She was super friendly and kept the drinks coming! Thanks for the adventure and see you again in October!!

Great location and rooms are nice. But who stays in a room except to sleep. Cinco de Mayo....
