Being a resident here for almost 3 years, and am so glad that I have made this property my home. The staff exhibits professionalism, respect and most of all attention to residents' needs! Any service calls are responded to quickly, and efficiently. Amenities are top shelf and appliances are first class!! If your searching for an apartment in Athens, you owe it to yourself to check out this 5 star property with a 5 star reputation.
My daughter was a resident at Riverbend last year, and was pleased with it. The disappointment has come upon her leaving. When her apartment was inspected upon her departure she was told that there was no damage and she would receive her full deposit back, however, her refund was reduced by half because of a "stain on her vinyl bathroom floor " which was there, and brought to the attention of the staff person who did the initial walk through with her. I love my apartment! Spacious layout, and the view from my balcony is lovely, especially when the cardinals come visit! The facilities are great, and there's lots of free parking!
The location is great and I have lived there for all three years after living in the dorms! The pool is great, with that being said, all of milledge likes it too. The new property manager really shaped things up great so that broken issues are fixed almost immediately, if not within 24 hours.

Seriously the best place to live in Athens! They have the friendliest staff, cleanest community and I feel so comfortable coming home after a long day of classes. HIGHLY recommend everyone to live here. :)
