RecommendedI really enjoy living at RBC Apartments. The staff here are wonderful to work with and the apartments are good quality and free of pests.
I have had a great experience living here for the past 2 years! Great office staff, especially Alanna! She always makes sure my work orders are done immediately and always super helpful with any questions I have. 10/10 recommend.
They’re very nice here. I’ve never had a problem. They always have some type of fun event or gathering planned where you feel like you’re apart of a community. The apartments are nice and my room is decently sized. I’d say it’s big and I can decorate it freely. Would recommend.
To me, it’s The most convenient apartments in Athens with big room space and walking closet and a beautiful view from the porch
Just signed on for the third year in a row (2 bedroom apartment), and so far I've nothing but good things to say about the place. The staff are professional and friendly, especially Alanna and Savanna. They promptly process requests for work orders and are always warm and responsive. In addition I find the location quite convenient, what with the proximity to the UGA campus, the IM fields and the East side shopping/dining establishments. Highly recommend.

I have really enjoyed my past year living at Riverbend Club. Overall my sister and I haven't had any issues, and the apartments are set up great for having people over. I also love how much space and storage comes with each apartment. Great apartment, with a lot of great memories. Highly recommend!
I love living here since last August 2017 that's why I renew my lease for next coming year. The room is big, comfort and the rent price is reasonable. My roommate and I have had no issues living here. I enjoyed the 24 hrs gym and the study rooms through the security access. The leasing officers are quite nice and response fastly. The only con would be the apartments not include the items of furniture which may increase your budget. Overall, I have no issues with living here. Highly recommend the Riverbend club!
