Please bring all items freshly washed in either a basket or a box. We buy things that are in good clean condition and that are less than a 1 1/2 old from the original store.

I will never go here again, I brought in a laundry basket full of clothes and they told me it would be about 30 minutes for them to go through my clothing. My friend and I were the only ones in the store, and the employees (all three) were standing and talking and swearing and trying on clothes instead of going through my basket. Brought in some jeans, a dress and coat to sell, was told not good enough. Made you feel shitty. I needed to buy my 9 month old clothes next door. The girl behind the counter was just rude, told me it will be a 45 minute wait. She was sitting there talking to a friend and never looked at my items. I went next door to look at baby clothes and came back was told my stuff is not good enough.
There clothes are decent and the prices seem good as well. Selling clothes is difficult because they are super picky, it seems a bit arbitrary how they pick things. Really I suppose this is good because they usually have decent clothes to buy but be prepared for them to turn down entire boxes of your stuff. It's odd though because I've seen items in sub par condition ode with stains on the racks? Can't really explain that.
