Please bring all items freshly washed in either a basket or a box. We buy things that are in good clean condition and that are less than a 1 1/2 old from the original store.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Ignored by staff as the 4 teenagers working stood behind the counter complaining about how they hate their job, they were calling customers annoying, needy and even called one customer a freak and a bitch. I waited 30 minutes for a changing room as multiple staff walked past me and never acknowledged me even once. They were using foul language an it was appalling. I will absolutely not be back. I actually wouldn't give any stars but it wouldn't let me do less than 1. I've shopped here on a normal day before and thought it was decent. But Employees were young and obnoxio us almost every time I've gone in there.but they're young and kids and no adult was there. But I decided to check out the so called BAG sale. "BAG SALE" is a small 12" by about 6" bag. And its ONLY for clearance items which it says no where on the ads. So many people were just putting piles of clothes anywhere and walking out because of the bad adve... read more
