The store is fine as well as the selection but omg it’s like the workers have never experienced customer service in their lives. It’s so awful. You stand in line for 5 minutes with all the workers looking at you. Then when they actually come up there’s no hi…hello…how are you…??? It’s not that hard to provide basic service

I don’t expect them to NEATLY fold my clothes when returning the items they don’t purchase. However, the issue is that these teenage girls have absolutely no respect for the things you are selling. They literally just pile everything into a bin, regardless of how it was given to them, and then use being “busy” as an excuse. When asked why they couldn’t at least somewhat fold it so it wasn’t just piled in there, I was told, “Sorry, we’re busy.” Writing to share my experience! My daughter and I just left Plato’s. We were in line being helped by Katelyn. She was obviously upset about having to be at work - which is so fine. What isn’t fine is her demeanor when she spoke to either of us. She was short-tempered, and then snatched my daughter’s credit card out of her hand. Katelyn was also told by her coworker with blonde hair and braid, with a pink / red sweatshirt on that “she’s so strong.” Which simply implied that we were the problem, even though we were just trying to check out. Good selection but there were 7 employees behind the counter and no one was coming up to check anyone out. Overall it was fine
