Please bring all items freshly washed in either a basket or a box. We buy things that are in good clean condition and that are less than a 1 1/2 old from the original store.

Bought a pair of pants that I wasn't able to try on due to covid, but I knew they were my size because the tag said 30 waist. Tried them on when I got home, and the waist was insanely tight. I measured it myself and it turned out to be 25" instead of 30. Waste of money, and not sure how they could miss 5 whole inches on the waist size. Won't come here again, ecspecially if I can't trust them to size things right on the tag during covid.
Went to sell some of my clothes there and they wouldn’t take some brand name excellent quality pants from express and holister. Don’t recommend wasting your time selling clothes here..waste of time and a rip off!!

I HIGHLY recommend both shopping and selling clothes at Plato’s. I have been so used to only shopping at overpriced stores in the mall until one of my friends introduced me to Plato’s! Further more, I’ve been addicted to shopping at Plato’s ever since. They have so many name brand clothes in such great condition for a great cost. The service at this location is impeccable! I’m from the Wausau area and travel the distance to go to this location to sell my old clothing. Plato’s closet is a great way to save money and at this location you’re getting your money’s worth! Highly recommend checking out this location for the best styles.
The staff sucks. They don’t know what clothes are worth these days. How can I buy a 25$ shirt and they won’t even give you 5$s for it. This location is terrible. I wouldn’t recommend selling or buying from here.
BUYER BE AWARE. You won't get a complete answer when asking about return policy which is not posted in a prominent spot (it is laying flat on the counter where you lay the items you are purchasing) and then when trying to return an item, you are told it is "all sales are final" you can only get in-store credit.I don't want store credit, won't be back. Will file a complaint with my credit card company.
