Please bring all items freshly washed in either a basket or a box. We buy things that are in good clean condition and that are less than a 1 1/2 old from the original store.

I was sadly disappointed. I went in today with a basket full of name brand Talbots and Ann Taylor clothes. They took three pairs of jeans and an under armour shirt that all three items were actually the oldest things in the bin. They gave me $15 and said all of my other clothes were old and that’s why they couldn’t take them. I’ve always loved Plato’s because they have good quality clothes, but sadly this wasn’t the case. After researching your sign-in sheet for the reasons we passed on your items and reading your comment I feel that we did not take the opportunity to explain our motive for passing our your items. Unfortunately, the brands of Ann Taylor and Talbots are not the brands we currently purchase for our store. They are also brands that do not sale well in our store. Absolutely love Plato's Closet! Everyone is always so nice and I enjoy selling to them and finding great deals myself!
I went into Platos last week and the owner was super nice. The girls were great at helping me put outfits together.
I love Platos closet the owner and the employees are always nice and willing to help me find what I'm looking for. There is a wide range of clothing and and accessories I never leave empty handed! I always love the grab bag as well it's a great deal and always fun to shop.
