I’m not sure what type of clothing they are looking for, but I took a bag full of clothes from Old Navy, Banana Republic, Gap, American Eagle, and nice clothing from local boutiques that I just didn’t wear anymore, but spent good money on. Most of the items I wore one time, some I didn’t even wear once! I was expecting no more than $15-$25, just because I know they have to make a profit in the end. How can you sell wore out crappy clothes for ridiculous prices but not accept name brand stuff with tags ? This place needs to be shut down not even going to go in to detail about the roach eggs I found in a bag I purchased.
they didnt even look through our stuff. totes were the same as before and they texted us 5 minutes after we left. they should let their customers know they aren't accepting items before dropping them off.
Brought in a pair of brand new champion shoes still in box and a pair of brand new cheetah print platform sandals also still in packaging and they offered me $14.20 for BOTH pairs. I was absolutely not selling to them because i know they would sell my champion shoes for at least $25-30 and the sandals for at least $15 in store if I sold to them. This is the third time I’ve had bad experience with this place just depending on the day and who’s there the people are very unkind had a brand new jacket worn once they didn’t buy It i bring it back home the zipper is missing. Geez
Just shut down. This place is bogus.
