Took 2 full bags of clothes and about 10 hanging items. They kept 1 pair of shoes! I asked about 3 or 4 of my items to try to get a feel for why they did not keep more. They said my items were not in style. HA!!! I have teenage daughters, I work in a high-end retail clothing store and I check fashion blogs weekly. The clothes I took were very much in style and in better shape than many that were already on their racks! Dont waste your time trying to sell here. You're better off just having a yard sale!
I have bought a lot of thi gs at Platos such as boots, jackets, and shirts. i am very pleased with my purchases!
I tried to sell my clothes there and they only took 1 item out and told me the other clothes wasnt good and has wear and damage to them. I havent even touched or worn half of the clothes. They also did not give me a call after they told me the wait was going to be 15 to 20 minutes.
Employees are very rude. All they do is stand on their phones and talk to each other and every time I take nice clothes in for them to look at they wont take anything but yet half their clothes are stained and thin. I recommend style exchange they have a lot more choices and their employees are really nice!
