Usually have no problem at this store. But here recently it’s not been the best of service. My husband had the girls to hold a pair of shoes and a pair of leggings and we come back to pick them up and they said oh we are sorry we have the shoes but someone put the leggings back? Wasn’t very happy about that. And then the next time we came to shop it took us forever to get some help when asking a question and half the girls was just in a circle talking/ and or on their cell phones...
I always have such a great experience at platos closet! I took my stuff there and got $70 one day and the least they have ever gave me was $25 for 6 things which is not bad at all! I always find great deals and nice clothing as well and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. I just really appreciate them taking the time to go through my clothes and always folding them back nicely and I never feel like wasting my time when I go there to sell clothes! If your wanting to sell clothes I recommend bringing them to platos!!

They lost my clothes, supposedly they were taken, stolen, my first experience here was HORRIBLE, David Norman an owner, part owner, I don't get it, I still purchased items WITH NO DISCOUNT???!!!
Just left and won't be back. The employees were very rude and stuck up. Would not recommend this place to anyone
We usually sale items with Plato’s frequently lately it’s only been a few items at a time but it’s nice name brand items at first we truly liked Plato’s and the people who worked there we always felt as though we were treated fairly... They need to hire more mature people to work here. Not the little snot nosed kids that do. They are rude and every time I walk in, I’ve NEVER been greeted. I walked in the other day and this boy was working, looked right at me, then turned around not saying a word to me. I like the deals I can find there but staff sucks!!
The kids working there didn’t look at the clothes. Barely worn like new Ralph Lauren sweaters. 8 of them. Told me they had plenty and not one on the racks. Total waste of time. Don’t bother.
