If i could give no stars i would. This place is horrible.
This place as a ton a fashion! They have done a fine job of selecting many different styles for shoppers to choice from. I've told family &friends to shop here. We all have been very happy with our purchases....plus it's cheaper then "Mall prices"
My daughter took a load of clothes in today and mind you they were name brand!! I myself looked through all her clothes and a few pieces were under armour. Out of all the clothes they only wanted this little cross body purse and an obey shirt. She received a total of $5.60!! Wow! Going to style exchange!!
I purchased a necklace and a pair of flats for about $10.00. The manager (bald headed guy) introduced me to what plates closet is and gave me 3 stamps on their rewards cards. Also told me all merchandise had a 7 day return policy. I went home and noticed the necklace I bought had a bead missing. The next day I went into the store ask them if I could exchange for another necklace. The cold heart employee told me "no". She supposedly even called the store manager and he declined. We are sorry you feel this way. We do have a 7 day return policy for clothing only. All shoes and accessories are final sales as stated on receipt. We give 30-40% of what we sell the items for when a customer sells to us. Again, we are sorry you feel this way about our store.
Would never go back!!! Clothes in poor shape and they cater to teenagers.
