The reviews are very accurate for this location. I love Plato's but the customer service was horrible. I wasn't allowed to try shoes on in the dressing room with the outfit I was trying on. They said all shoes had to stay outside. When I went to pay and have my punch card punched, they were going to refuse because it wasn't from their location. I use Plato's all over the countey and never had this kind of issue and service. I won't be going back to this particular location.

Hey Christina, I am so sorry about your experience ☹️ We do have a policy that we keep accessories outside of fitting rooms, but I'm sorry if that made it difficult for you to finish your outfit or if it made you uncomfortable. I will also be working with the staff on how to handle stamp cards. We haven't been using stamp cards for a few years now, since we transitioned to an electronic system. The worst platos closet I have ever been too I have been to over 15. They I g just don't sell cloths or styles for black people or brands blacks would wear. They turn down new shoes and sell old beat up shoes and will not buy mine how ever I had a white girl sell my clothes and they bought everything from her they wouldn't buy from me

Love being able to get designer purses now! The staff gets an A+ for customer service.
Don't come here if u have kids....they won't let you use the bathroom!!!!! I was told to take my child to IHOP!!!! Would give no stars if that was an option! NEVER will be back!
We love the selection!!! We've never been disappointed!!!
