We brought in a basket full of nice clean brand named clothing. After going through the clothes, the clerk pick out A sweatshirt. It was from Target...We were told they are only taking "casual" clothing...By the looks of the pictures they are posting, they are only taking the oldest, ugliest clothing. Not impressed.
This store so so dirty! I used to love it but the past two times I've gone there uts filthy. The floors are covered in dust and look like they haven't been cleaned in months.
To sell and buy gently used clothes and shoes! Love this store!!
They told me they needed me plus size clothing and I brought a tote worth of bigger sizes in and they didn’t go through half of it and told me it was “older style” even though it was Nike. And stuff with tags still on it. This place is a joke

Love their selection and prices! staff is so friendly and helpful. Tons of different brands and styles! Fun store to shop in! Wish they had shopping carts though!
went to sell clothes & they were being more selective in what they buy she said so out of 21 pair of jeans Levi's Lee's arizonas and st John's bay plus some shirts and new pair of sketchers they took nothing even thou she said they were all in good shape. so they also lost my business since the clothes I had were nicer than many i seen hanging. to me it's the younger staff that has no idea what ppl like me look for also..they look to cater towards what the college students likes more.
I came into Platos Closet today at their new location. I love shoe wall there and their True and Rock wall they got. Max showed me the wall and I loved it. i bought a pair of True Religion for 45$ that still had the tag on it priced at 220$. Then i needed a coat and Jeff helped me find the section and helped me pick out the perfect one at a great price. One of the best customer service experiences ive ever had. Thanks guys i would recommend this location to anyone!!!!
