Their buy back policy is ridiculous and the prices they pay are even more ridiculous. After taking in a tote full of new or only worn once clothing, they only bought 7 of my items for $17!!! Most items had tags still attached, but they told me my items had too much wear from washing. How is that possible?! Comparing my product to the product they had on the racks was like day and night. Love everything about the store. The trendy, helpful and amazing staff always help me find exactly what I'm looking for. The prices are great for all my favorite brands. I can take my clothes I don't wear anymore and trade them for in store credit that is tax free or cash on the spot.

They have a selection for whatever your looking for no matter the occasion! And the prices are affordable! You can find great deals on name brand clothing!
Plates Closet allows me to stay up on my wardrobe at an affordable price!! Love the choices and prices!
I had not shopped there much until I went to the Stuff a Bag back in Spring 2015. It's an awesome deal is all I can say. I hope to get to shop again when Plato's have the Stuff a Bag sale. The employees were fast and courteous.
