I took a large tote in with name brand clothes, a Vera Bradley backpack, Michael Kors wristlet, etc. No item had a single stain or tear and everything was clean. They chose one item for $4.90. I will never return to this store. I saw clothes and purses hanging that were faded and worn and looked tons worse than my items.
Great selection and friendly staff! The store was super organized which made finding what I need easy.
Was not aware of the 7 day return policy until trying to return items that didn’t work for me. And of course they aren’t going to buy back at the price I gave.. id be lucky if they buy it back at all! The return policy should be made clearer.. now I’m stuck with clothes that I can’t wear. I doubt I shop here again.. always seem to have an issue.
they are a great place to take your gently used clothes for extra money and get a good price for your things
