I returned to the store this week after having had a not-so-pleasant experience there several years ago. I was pleasantly surprised. They bought many of my daughter's clothes and explained exactly why they did not buy some of the items, which was really helpful. They worked quickly and cheerfully. Jennifer (Jessica? I can't remember now...a "J" named young woman) seemed to be in charge and made for a friendly and fun shopping experience. We didn't leave without finding some super cute clothes at a bargain price. Thank you.

This store is awesome! The selections were very update and trendy. The customer service was amazing, not pushy, not constantly rushing you , just very helpful and knowledgeable. Ill definitely shop here in the future!!

Our BG Plato's Closet does offer a great deal on name brand items. I usually spend $30-$100 and get a ton of items I would have otherwise spent $100-$300 on, which is why I'll continue to shop there. However, I have noticed that each time I'm shopping, the staff tends to gossip pretty loudly about their personal drama, and that is a little bit of a turn off. A couple employees are extremely sweet & helpful but it seems the majority are a bit on the snotty side. It would really improve our experience if the employees were mor... read more

Whitney and her crew are awesome!! I buy and sell clothes there all the time!! Great staff always willing to help you!! I feel very blessed to know these young ladies at Platos closet ! If your looking for name brand items at a great deal - then you gotta shop PLATOS CLOSET.
