I will never shop here again. I brought in 5 bags of basically new or barely worn items because I lost 20 pounds and they take maybe 10 things. Not even the best quality pieces I had brought either! I saw clothing that looked so old and ragged it should have been thrown out but it was marked up to the same price as a new item because it has a name brand label. It’s a complete scam job. First experience! I had three large containers of clothes, most were high end, designer labels, sizes 6-8 , some still had tags. I also had 6 pairs of boots, most were cowboy boots and one pair knee high black leather boots. Clothes are in style casual wear! They bought 3 items, ironically the cheapest items I had! I questioned why nothing else and I was told shoes showed wear, I had never worn five pair of the boots. As far as my clothes, “too dressy “!?! Every time I’ve gone in here to try and sell clothes they offer me like 5$ for 2 totes worth of clothing. Most of my things are GAP, Abercrombie, or Bckle and they always say it’s too old BUT THEY STILL HAVE TAGS AND WERE NEVER WORN. I’ll never ever be back.
