Drove 20 minutes out of my way because I needed to grab a blazer and make a quick in and out trip.. Showed up at 5:40 on a Sunday, when they close at 6pm. The doors were already locked and all the employees looked like they'd been closing up for a while. Awful customer service!! ���

For my first experience going in there to sell clothes I knew nothing about there policies or what they took or didn't take. I was in there from 7-7:45 waiting to be told that my stuff was done being looked at. I finally went up to ask how much longer when I was told they were done but was not taking anything due to there "18 month policy" clothes not go out of style in 18 months. Let people know this before waiting and have a better system of letting people know there stuff is done
