I brought in a basket of items, and none were accepted, which is completely fine. However, I had a pair of red Guess heels in the basket that are now missing. I left the basket in my car for a few weeks and only just noticed they were gone when going through the items. I will not be bringing clothes here again. I brought a basket of mostly brand new clothes some still with tags still attached, and they rejected all of them for being stained and worn. Most were brand new and had been in hanging in my closet never worn. In previous reply’s to customer complaints the owner suggested some items may not be accepted for being “an older style”, but I’m 23 and shop in the same places the owner listed in the post I am referencing. I will never understand how this company continues to pay people the same prices they did 18 years ago. They want basically brand new items and will pay you $6 and some change for it then turn around and charge at least $20 for it. It’s a scam and they prey on young people who probably don’t understand how badly they are getting taken advantage of.
