Waist of time brought my clothes, all tags on, all name brand, made me wait 2 hours, only were offering $14.50

I've brought clothes in to sell a few times, usually getting fairly good service. However, the last few times I've gone, the service was terrible, my clothes were crumpled and thrown back into the box. I waited over an hour for them to tell me they weren't going to buy anything because they saw me smoking and assumed that the clothes were dirty, even though I had washed them that day. Even when they did buy something, they gave me 14 dollars for 7 items that were almost all new with tags attached, including brand new miss me... read more
You have to look stuff over well. Found broken straps not working zippers, missing insoles, and like holes in butt. Stuff is second hand.
I brought in a whole tote full of clothes and you took one item. The person told me it was because my clothes were older then the 18month policy, which wasn't true because some of them I just bought 3months ago. Also, the one that you took was one of the oldest. I'm surprised you guys don't know your fashion trends very well.
Employee harassed me after my cat passed away and said awful things to me
