Utilizing Sonoma Clean Power's rebates made a simple job of getting a new 2017 Chevy Bolt at Platinum. Thanks to both the sales and service staff for making the procurement of a new car a simple task!
We had a series of problems getting our car from Platinum Chevrolet, but they worked hard to straighten everything out. Problems are going to arise from time (including getting a car) but the mark of quality is how you respond. Platinum Chevrolet did very well. Our salesman, Gabriel, was delightful to work with as was Nicole in finance. The manager called a couple of times to make sure we were satisfied and the issues resolved.

I made an appointment for my 2011 HHR for it's 60,000 mile check. The Rep. was great and very helpful. While I was there I looked around at what was on the lot. Needless to help I had help at once. The only problem was that I started getting calls from people I had not talked to. When I got my HHR back I was told that it needed Right Axle Seal and Rear Shocks. I took it to another shop to have it looked at and was told that at this time it was not needed. That saved me over $600.00 and cost me a little over $50.00.
Bad service I was there at 8 am an did not leave till 11 am just for a regular oil change tire rotation. My car sat there service completed but they chose not to let me know wen I was outside waiting. 😡 So not going back at all.
Just attempted to buy a bunch of merchandise for Father's Day from Platinum Chevy in SRosa and was told that noone had a key to the sales case so I could not buy anything. I waited for quite awhile and still no one was able to assist me. Called the Chevy dealer in Novato and they held the items for me and even wrapped them up special for our new Chevelle and threw in a Chevelle license plate.... I'll buy my next Chevy in Novato.
