First of I would like to say thank you to two gentlemen, Mr. Hobbins and a Mr. McCabe! That were friendly and extremely helpful, they went to great lengths to make sure that my fiancé and I were completely taken care of. He even greeted us in the parking lot! They were very quick with paperwork and the entire exchange yesterday was very positive. When my phone died they even got a charger for me! Just really great staff! We were sheltering in place and I needed a new Bolt lease as mine was about to run out. I contacted Platinum Chevrolet and Tsoai helped me do this on the phone. He had my new Bolt delivered to my home that same day, also taking my old leased Bolt away, all the while maintaining social distancing. Thank you Platinum for making these difficult times a little easier.
I just go my 2018 Malibu and the check engine light went on. They took my car, checked to see if it was covered and took care of the problem at no charge to me. Friendly, courteous and very professional. I was very pleased.
Thanks for working my 2018 Volt into the hectic service schedule when it started making wacky noises in the front left end. Turned out it was some errant piece of plastic rubbing on the axle that was cured during tire rotation. A bit disappointed that I didn't get any progress updates during the six days that my car was in the shop. And also dismayed that when I did pick it up on Tuesday, that there was zero charge on the battery. It would have been nice to leave with a fully charged system.
Scott was the coolest dude even starting up a ZO6 for us !
Alan was at your business for 5.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. He was there for 3 hours before he asked about the service and his car had not even been moved for the service; aparently the paperwork was misplaced for awhile. My experience with the service department has been similar. Lots of wasted time when we were told it would be an hour or two. Very frustrating.
