I had the worst experience ever when I brought my new Tahoe to Santa Rosa Platinum Chevrolet to have something small replaced under warranty. After coming in 3 times for an appointment and there being mixups on our courtesy car we received our Tahoe back with a scratched bumper and broken license plate. They denied that it happened in their shop. I asked to see their video cameras and they told me to come back the next day, I did and I was blown off and they did not show me the videos.
