The Volt is a GREAT car. We've been so pleased. But Platinum Chevrolet is why car dealers have a bad name.

We lost the keys to our van in the fire. Had it towed to your dealership and your service technician stayed late to get us back on the road. Service Consultant John Cox is terrific and SO patient when dealing with difficult customers.
Great service from the time I called to make the appointment until I picked up the car.
Worst customer service. Drove over 2 hours to buy a vehicle and not one person came to ask for help. When we left there was four salesmen sitting down on their phones outside which shows how much they care to sell their damn vehicles! I would not recommend this place at all.
