When i started off on my Journey to yet another Doctor I felt less than elated. I prayed that the appointment i was to have today would be different than the rest. That is exactly what I found in Dr. James. He was very friendly, personable, caring, Professional and very, very thorough. I have not had that before. My husband and I both were very impressed! I look forward to my treatment and healing Journey with Dr. James and his staff.

I had surgery for two levels of cervical artificial disc replacement to correct nerve compression that was causing radiculopathy down my right arm. I also met with several other neurologists and orthopedic surgeons, but Dr. James was the most experienced one comes to artificial discs as an option to cervical fusion. If another surgeon is trying to talk you into a fusion procedure, I highly recommend seeing Dr. James for a second opinion. Eight days after surgery I was able to drive my car.
I've never received such a thorough initial exam before. Dr. James explained my situation and need for additional diagnostic testing to pinpoint exactly what is causing my back pain. He is a very compassionate and caring doctor and I'm extremely optimistic he will be able to resolve my pain. I highly recommend him!

Went to Dr. James for a second opinion for our son's lower back issues. Examination was much more thorough than our first Ortho visit. Dr. James explained the issues and the procedures to hopefully correct them. We will be starting a lumbar strengthening/stabilization program. This is opposed to the first opinion which was back surgery on an 18yr old pitcher, which would have basically ruled out any chance at pitching at the collegiate level.
