Don't believe the delivery times stated on their website of up to 4 weeks. I've been waiting over 4 weeks for my bulbs to arrive. I had ordered from this company before and they were not slow at all so I trusted them fully. What ever they have changed it is certainly for the worse. :-(

I spent over $100 and received only part of my order. Of the product that I did receive: 9 of 12 tomato plants are dead, 6 of 8 cherry tomato plants are dead, 5 of 8 pepper plants are dead, the roots of the 3 blackberry starters broke off in my hand during unpackaging. I have not received any seeds that I ordered: corn, cucumber and a different pepper. Do not order from this company, waste of time and money.

When you get this catalog , put it in the garbage and save yourself a lot of trouble.They will take your money and either you will get dead stuff or get nothing at all.

This was my first experience with this company (dba Inter-State Nurseries), and it will be the last. My order arrived in a simple mailing envelope, inside of which two of three potted plants in a collection were in flimsy plastic packaging, with 2 of the 3 damaged, and the plants never recovered. Because of the coronavirus danger we had immediately tossed the envelope with shipping label, and per their unusual policy, that meant we could not seek replacement. Do not waste your time with this company or it's affiliates. I made the mistake of ordering from one of them, Four Seasons Nursery. They promise 2-3 week delivery, 6 weeks later I'm still waiting and all I get from them, via email since their phone just emits a busy signal, is that the order is being processed. Told them not to bother now since it's too late to plant most of what I ordered and disputed with my credit card company.

When your order was placed, the website explained our processing time and that plants are shipped according to availability, weather and proper planting time. We do not guarantee shipment or delivery within a certain time frame. The website also explained that we were behind on processing due to Covid-19. We apologize for your disappointment. This has certainly been an unusual season with unprecedented demand and challenges in shipping related to COVID. We do show that the package was shipped 5/18/20 and delivered 5/22.

I have ordered several trees from this company, and were told they were supposed to ship after 3 weeks of processing. It has now been 7 weeks I believe. My account was charged for this at the beginning of May. I was told I would receive a shipment email once shipped. I have gotten nothing from them. Busy tone every time I try to call, which has been for the two weeks to inquire about my order. Sounds like they're just stealing money. Will be getting my money back!!

Ordered a few plants and assortments. 1 of the assortments did not arrive with the rest. I contacted customer service and the asked me to send them the shipping label. So I took a picture of it and emailed it back to them. Then 4 days later I received an email stating they can not accept the image as proof. The reason I order online is because of the ease of digital format. They want me to snail mail them the actual label. I will never order from them again.

NEVER AGAIN will I buy from this Nursery!! As a repeat customer, I am furious with the manner the warranty policy was applied to my order. Specifically, some of the trees from my original purchase did not survive the winter season. A replacement claim within the warranty period was requested. Replacement trees arrived dead. Not dormant, DEAD. Another replacement claim was requested and those trees arrived dead too. Not dormant, as I tried to revive them, but DEAD. Our replacement guarantee is for one year. Our records indicate that you requested a replacement of 7 of the 12 trees in late fall that first year. The replacement was shipped the following March. In June, you complained that 2 of the replacements had died. Even though you were out of warranty and we are only obligated to replace once, we sent replacement of the two trees in early June. If I could give zero stars I would. After repeated horrible experience, I have asked them repeatedly to quick sending me stuff from their various companies (B******, 4*******, F***** **** *** *******, O*** *******, K**** *********, and I think more besides those). I have to check online every time aI receive a catalog to find out if it is one of their subsidiaries. If it is, it goes straight to recycle. I will never do business with them again.
