WORST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!! I ordered my plants in April and they didn't send them until June. 8 WEEKS after I placed my order. The website said that it would take 3-5 weeks to get them and with COVID I understood that. However, they had no problem charging my credit card within the 3 week time period. If I could give this place a negative rating I would. Purchased 2 blue roses on March 31st 2021. Finally called them and got some song and dance about 2 weeks their computers were down, so no shipping. She said she checked to see if these were in stock (it took her seconds so doubtful she checked anything), than I got "Sorry we have to wait on our growers to actual send us stock." If I could give them zero stars, I would. I placed an order in March. Finally received part of my order on 1 June. There were six items in the package and only one was ready to plant. The others were either dead and covered with dead leaves, were dried out, or were simply brown slime in a package. I was so disappointed. I wrote the company to let them know and was told that I needed to plant everything and wait six weeks and that many of the plants would recover and thrive. Farmer Seed & Nursery aka Four Seasons aka Plaintain and on and on and on. My 94 year old mother has been ordering bulbs, flowers, plants etc. by mail for 70 years. She filled out the order blank in the Farmer Seed & Nursery catalog in April and mailed it with a check. The check has been cashed. She has received 3 small packets of seeds. Worst customer service I have ever had. I ordered products, seeds and plants totaling $185. I waited 3 weeks and only reached out to check the status on my order. I waited a day for an email back and he stated my order was still in processing, even though they took my payment I couldn’t be advised how much longer I’d have to wait, 3-5 weeks just to process the order. Ordered 3/25/21, they charged my credit card and I still haven't received my order. Tried calling and always busy. Emailed-twice and got no response. I will be contacting my credit card company.
Worst place ever!! Nothing but a scam. If you get any magazines from these folks don't even open them up. Just use it to finish filling up your trash bag. Line are always busy. Customer service will not respond to your emails.
TOTAL SCAM!!! I placed an order in March that was never delivered, yet I was charged $193.90 for it. There is no way to contact anyone at this company - phone line is disconnected or constantly busy, and zero reply from customer service. BEWARE - YOU WILL LOSE MONEY IF YOU ORDER FROM THEM - STAY AWAY!!
