I can’t explain how happy we are with Nurse Practitioner Meghan. She has been so supportive and helpful with my son. She takes time to explain things to us and we never even have to see the Dr anymore we are so happy with her! They could use a little help on the phones as I know they are busy, so booking appointments can require a bit of patience but I see they have been hiring extra help so I am sure that will be solved soon as well. My son has been under the care of Dr. Fang Patrick for over 12 years now. Ever since they were acquired, I have completely lost trust in Plantation Pediatrics. Today I made an appointment for my son to receive the HPV vaccine. After he was given his shot, I asked to schedule his follow-up for the second dose. They are unorganized. Had an appointment for the office by 75 for months. Receptionist called stating that office is closed Tues-Thurs. Why make apps if your forcing me to come to new office.
My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Fang-Patrick since the day she was born—13 years ago. It’s truly disappointing to see that her office is now in the hands of such rude and unprofessional staff (specifically Lucy Gonzalez). I recently called to resolve a bill that I was told I did not have to pay. Instead of helping, this individual was insistent that insurance required the payment. No one ever answers the phone at this location . It is very frustrating being that my daughter has been coming here since she’s been a new born and she’s now 10. I’ve never had this issue at the other location . Highly disappointed!!
