Have been calling and emailing for the past 2 months to get a billing issue resolved and have not heard back from anyone. Have sent multiple emails and left multiple voicemails and no response. This is extremely unprofessional and do not know what else to do. Very poor service.
My children have been patients of Dr. Fang-Patrick for 18 years. RN Linda is an incredible human extreamely thorough, compationate and very knowledgeable. The office staff has changed drastically. Service is minimal at best, with very low sympathy regarding the impact of their ineptness on their patients. Communication is minimal, nonresponsive when phone calls are made, over booking appointments, struggles with English language, and lack of sympathy. The doctors are not the problem, although they do have a high turnover rate. The front desk/management is infuriating. No one EVER answers the phone and after calling multiple times every day for a over a week, I had no choice but to go to the office in person with my baby just to schedule an appointment and get a referral (which I still have not received).
