My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Fang-Patrick since the day she was born—13 years ago. It’s truly disappointing to see that her office is now in the hands of such rude and unprofessional staff (specifically Lucy Gonzalez). No one ever answers the phone at this location . It is very frustrating being that my daughter has been coming here since she’s been a new born and she’s now 10. I’ve never had this issue at the other location . Highly disappointed!!

Have been calling and emailing for the past 2 months to get a billing issue resolved and have not heard back from anyone. Have sent multiple emails and left multiple voicemails and no response. This is extremely unprofessional and do not know what else to do. Very poor service.
My children have been patients of Dr. Fang-Patrick for 18 years. RN Linda is an incredible human extreamely thorough, compationate and very knowledgeable. The office staff has changed drastically. Service is minimal at best, with very low sympathy regarding the impact of their ineptness on their patients. Communication is minimal, nonresponsive when phone calls are made, over booking appointments, struggles with English language, and lack of sympathy.
