Honestly it’s dirty all the time in there, front desk never answers the phone and never moves with any sense of urgency, I followed my np Linda over here and she is amazing wish I could say the same about the office but it really is terrible
I am so sad that my former pediatrician decided to merge with this office, they have no sense of time or consideration for their patients. As a pediatrician, I think being on time with your appointments or telling your patience that you're able to see them, but then having to have them wait 45 minutes to an hour to be actually seen, especially when your patients are babies and toddlers, is literal torture. I was adamantly clear about our vaccine schedule, they repeatedly lied about which vaccines were going to be given. They were dishonest when asked about combo vaccines (multiple vaccines in one syringe) they insisted on administering combo vaccines by desguising it as a "single shot" against our wishes despite me explaining previous life endangering allergic reactions in the family history. I've been calling for three days straight, but no one has answered. What's going on?
Dr. Fan Patrick really screwed her patients by selling her practice to plantation pediatrics(Dr. Sanchez). I tried to give them multiple chance because Dr F and Dr Oher are still seeing patients. Here are few reason why this office is terrible: ● no follow ups from anyone ● they charge a ridiculous amount for school paper work ● majority of the staff doesn't speak english ● they overbooked appointment slots so you do not get the proper attention ● cannot seem to process a referral correctly or accurately ●wait times are extr... read more
