Horrible experience. The WORST care I have ever received in my life. Immediately went to find another office because I’ve never received such little concern for my health. Absolutely zero emotion behind my questions and even my presence. The nurse practitioners didn’t even come into my office when I wanted a second opinion and when my initial nurse practitioner didn’t know the answers to my questions and had to step outside to do some “research”. Terrible place .I called to schedule appointment because I recently figured that I’m pregnant and since it’s my first time I don’t know what exactly I should do .The front desk “madam “ instead of being helpful started to talk about prices of procedures 🤦🏻♀️ After we was re asking her what procedures we need because we don’t know ,she was continuo with prices and absolute inconvenience.Terrible experience.
I recently visited this clinic for testing and had such a positive experience. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, but the highlight of my visit was my nurse practitioner, Brianna. She was absolutely phenomenal. She is so kind, gentle, and compassionate. She made the entire process, especially the blood draw, feel seamless and comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic and truly appreciate the care I received.
