Kayla, Cindy and Dr. Sajida were especially kind and caring when I went in for services. I appreciate PP for low cost medical care but the providers and staff are the real angels.
Told me my abnormal bleeding was probably just stress and recommended I take ibuprofen. I knew all of that was wrong, but the dismissive attitude led me to just ignore it for 2 years since I was told everything was fine. This was also the location I got my first IUD at and it was one of the most painful experiences of my life. The provider was reassuring, but it would have been a lot more helpful if she'd stopped the procedure and opted not to continue without appropriate pain medications. From the front desk staff to the gyno, I was so floored by how I was cared for! Nayeema was so thorough and specific about what I can do to prevent/resolve my issues. We need to do everything we can to keep Planned Parenthood open. They are so knowledgeable and easy to talk to, professional and fast! Thank you so much! Go to them especially when your other doctors are booked and your health depends on your timing!
