We have bought many cars over the years but buying from Planet Hyundai was by far the easiest we have ever had. Troy Potter, our salesman brought the car to us to test drive and then came and picked up the two cars we traded in and we signed the papers here at our house. So easy and they were a joy to deal with, no haggling. Want to thank Troy for all he did to make this transaction so easy.

The ease of making an appointment
The purchase experience from Planet Hyundai was smooth and easy. There was one small hiccup: one of the keys for my vehicle was lost. I was told that a second key would be mailed to me. After a month, I did not receive a second key. I called the dealership and, in a follow-up conversation, was told to bring the car in the following Wednesday to get a second key programmed. What a great, and easy, car buying experience! Having had the same car for the last 14 years, I didn't know what to expect and was actually really dreading the process.
