Bought our 2016 Acura MDX in December. Within a few days realized we had a problem with transmission. Left messages/sent emails with GM, sales gal and finance manager. No response. What’s up with customer service? Trust me will get to bottom of this.
I have used Planet Hyundai for most of my service needs for my Santa fe and Elantra. Scott has been an awesome customer service rep. He keeps in touch with me about my vehicle and ensures I'm totally satisfied. They even go to the extent that I'm shuttled home if need be or provide a loaner if available.
I highly recommend Planet Hyundai. The entire staff did an excellent job in communication and providing excellent service. We worked with Jim Hatch through the whole process starting from just questions about a car we were interested in all the way through the journey of driving away with that perfect car for us.
