RecommendedHad to take car in for repairs. Josh kept me updated and provided me with another car when my car wasn’t finished on time. Wasn’t on time due to ordered parts didn’t come in.

Service was great for my Genesis. Doug scheduled my service and carefully recorded my complaints. He provided an accurate estimate. Scott greeted me cheerfully at 8, reviewed my recall status, explained my work order and offered a ride home. Joshua explained the work completed and my estimate was the price charged. Also, all their mechanics are Genesis certified. Much better service and knowledge than Autonation Hyundai 104. I recommend the Planet Hyundai service department.
Great service and friendly atmosphere
What an experience (In a wonderful way). The staff at Planet Hyundai was great. Very personable and understanding of my needs. They walked me through everything and made the buying process very easy. I worked with Aiden in selecting my car (AMAZING Person) and then Michelle (Also awesome, funny, and very wonderful) to finalize my new car. I couldn't be happier!

What I like about this place Is the Service .. Every time I go it’s quick and I never had any issues. No complications. Like this past week.. I was helped by Josh and I like dealing with him . Every time I’ve been there he’s always been helpful and attentive. Definitely one of the nicest guys there.
My husband and I just bought a car from this dealership and our experience was amazing. We had our infant son with us and everyone was so understanding and wonderful. Colby did a great job explaining all of our options and was a joy to work with. We also went on a snowy day and everyone made sure the car was in perfect condition to test drive. The sales manager took the time to talk to us as well and even get to know us. I would highly recommend coming to this dealership. We LOVE our car!!
